KPMG and Ulster Bank contracted TWS in 2011 for a job that required extensive work. TWS had a system that was completely waterproof and non-slip and this in turn ensured safety for the area which was pedestrianized.
TWS firstly cleaned down and dried the entire area and then applied a layer of primer to the balcony before applying a layer of waterproof solution and non-slip product.
Once TWS had completed the job the company decided that they would pave the area so as to make it fit better with the look of the company as a whole. Even though the work carried out by TWS was paved over the waterproof aspect was still maintained and this meant minimum maintenance would be required and it would lower costs for the company itself in the long run.
